Conference Program

Please find the latest version of the program here (05/11/2025). Check your presentation timeslot by searching your name (Ctrl+F). Ensure that you are present for your entire session. Please note that the conference will take place fully on-site, with no hybrid or online format, in order to foster engaging discussions. 

Paper presentation sessions last 1,5 hour and have 3, 4 or 5 presentations each. Please follow these duration guidelines when preparing your presentations: 

• 3-paper sessions: 17 min per talk, 8 min Q&A.
• 4-paper sessions: 15 min per talk, 5 min Q&A.
• 5-paper sessions: 12 min per talk, 5 min Q&A. 

Each session has a chair in charge of moderation and time management.

Make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early to your session to transfer your presentation to the chair's laptop. This way, we limit technical difficulties and ensure a smooth start of the session.
