All participants will receive an email with important information regarding the conference (walking tours, maps, session details) on Monday 27 October 2025. --------- Update email 27 October Dear T2M 2025 participants, We are beyond excited to welcome you to Eindhoven in a bit more than a week for the 2025 T2M Conference. With over 100 participants from all around the world, we have a rich program of workshops, presentations, debates and keynotes around the theme of Alternative Mobilities – Mobility Alternatives. You can find some key information below. Program and Paper Presentations The latest version of the program is available on our website (link). You can find your session by searching for your name (Ctrl+F). Ensure that you are present for your entire session. Paper presentation sessions last 1,5 hour and include 3-5 presentations. Please follow these timing guidelines when preparing your talks: 
 
 
 Each session has a chair in charge of collecting presentations, moderating discussions, and managing time. Make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your session to be able to transfer your presentation to the chair's laptop. Wayfinding TU Eindhoven is located in the northeastern part of Eindhoven, about a10-15 minute walkfrom the train station and 20 minutesfrom the city center. The conference will take place in two buildings on campus: Atlas and Auditorium. 
 
 Registration At the registration desk, you will receive a name tag and a printed version of the conference program. Registration opens on the following days: 
 
 You can also check in or ask questions at the registration desk before sessions begin on Thursday and Friday. Tours We are excited to offer a few tours of Eindhoven (walking and cycling) and a guided tour of the Netherlands Center Automotive History Documentation (NCAD) in neighboring Helmond. All tours are given for free, aside from the cost of transit tickets and bicycle rentals, if needed. You can register here. Please reach out if you have any questions! Dinner The conference dinner will take place on Wednesday 5 November at 19:00 at Radio Royaal. There will be a guided walk to the dinner location on that day at 17:00. The dinner is only for those that paid for it in advance, but others arewelcome to join the walk and find another dinner option in the area as there are plenty. Communication During the Conference All important updates will be shared via the ‘Announcement’ section of our website (link). For any questions, feel free to contact usat t2m2025@sciencesconf.org. During the conference, you can easily spot the organizing team and volunteers by the green dot on their name tags. Buddy System During registration, we asked whether you would be happy to be part of a buddy group. These small groups are designed to bring together researchers, junior and senior, newcomers and long-time members, and help foster connections within the T2M community. For participants who volunteered to join the buddy program, your group number is printed on your name tag. Feel free to look for your buddies during coffee breaks and conference events and get to know each other! We look forward to seeing you in Eindhoven soon! |
